New construction yards are rough. The builder finishes the house, and what you're left with is bare dirt, uneven grade, and a yard that looks nothing like what you imagined when you signed the papers. That's exactly the kind of situation we stepped into here.

We brought in 75 yards of topsoil to get the grade right before a single piece of sod ever hit the ground. That part matters more than most people realize. Sod laid over bad soil or poor grade won't root well, and it won't drain right either. The prep work is what separates a lawn that lasts from one that struggles for years.

Once the ground was ready, we got to work laying 18 pallets of sod. The whole yard - front and back - went from bare dirt to a clean, green lawn in a single day. That's the kind of result you get when you show up with the right equipment, the right crew, and a clear plan from the start.

From the grading and dirt work to the sod installation itself, every step of this job was handled by our team. No subcontractors, no cutting corners. Just solid prep and hard work from start to finish.

Whether you're finishing out a new build or starting from scratch on an existing property, getting the ground work done right is everything. A lawn that looks good and actually holds up long-term doesn't happen by accident.
