This was a big one. We were brought in by a local builder in Novi to handle excavation and haul off hundreds of yards of dirt - the kind of job that requires the right equipment and a crew that knows how to move fast without cutting corners.

When a builder is on a timeline, every delay costs money. Our job is to make sure the dirt work side of things never becomes the bottleneck. That means showing up ready, working efficiently, and hauling material off-site clean so the next trade can come in and do their thing.

We ran our Wacker Neuson tracked skid steer to load out the excavated material directly into dump trucks on-site. That kind of coordination - machine work and hauling running together - keeps the job moving at full speed. No staging piles that sit for days. No wasted trips.

Basement excavation and grading work like this is where the foundation of a project literally gets set. Get it wrong and you're dealing with drainage problems, structural issues, and a builder who won't call you back. Get it right and everything that follows goes smoother.

We do this kind of work regularly across the area - from smaller residential grading jobs to full excavation scopes for new construction. Builders and homeowners both rely on us to handle the dirt work so the rest of the build can stay on track.
