Some properties fight back. Steep terrain, dense brush, overgrown trees, limited access - it all adds up fast. This Clarkston hillside had every one of those challenges stacked against it. That's exactly the kind of job we take on.
We cleared the entire wooded slope, hauled off load after load of brush and debris, and got to work on the grade. Regrading a hillside like this isn't just about moving dirt around. You have to think about what the property needs to support next - drainage, soil stability, the right slope for whatever is going on top. We kept all of that in mind from the first pass to the last.
The aerial view really shows the scale of what we were working with here. A full hillside transformed from overgrown and inaccessible to a clean, graded surface ready to build on. The equipment had to work hard to get into some of the tighter spots on this slope, but that's nothing new for us.
Next up for this property is sod and fresh landscaping. When that's done, it's going to look completely different from where it started. That's the part we love - setting a property up so the next phase can actually happen the right way.
If you've got a slope, a hillside, or an overgrown section of property that feels impossible to deal with, it probably just needs the right crew and the right equipment. Grading and dirt work like this is what we're built for.
